Copyright complaints

1. Where to send your complaint

Send your report to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright complaint”. You may also write to Lukata Limited at the address below. A report should come from the rights holder or someone authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Information to include

• Your name or organization, contact email and, if applicable, your relationship to the rights holder.
• A description of the protected work, with a link to the original publication or other evidence of ownership where available.
• The exact Noveldora URL for each allegedly infringing book, chapter, image or other item. Identify the relevant passages or material so we can locate it.
• An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized, including relevant licensing information if known.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the reported use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent or applicable law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, together with your typed or signed name.

Please submit accurate reports and consider whether an exception, permission or licence may apply. Do not include unnecessary identity documents or confidential personal information in the initial report.

3. How we review reports

We review sufficiently detailed reports, may request clarification or evidence, and may restrict or remove disputed material where appropriate. We may contact the content provider or rights holder for a response. An investigation or temporary restriction is not a final determination of legal ownership.

We may share the information necessary to investigate a complaint with the party responsible for the material or professional advisers, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may restrict access for repeated or serious infringement.

4. If you believe material was removed in error

Reply to the notice or email [email protected] with the affected URL, your contact details and an explanation of your rights or permission to use the material. Include supporting licence or ownership evidence where available. We will review the response and may request more information before making a decision. This process does not replace any formal remedy available under applicable law.
