Email [email protected] for technical problems, account access, reading questions or feedback. Include your reader ID from Profile, the book title or page URL, the device and browser you use, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots can help explain a display problem.

Never send passwords, session cookies, full card numbers or card security codes. If a screenshot includes payment details or other personal information, hide those details before sending it.

2. Payment and refund enquiries

For missing coins, duplicate charges or a refund request, email [email protected] with the order or transaction reference, purchase date, amount, currency and reader ID. Please read our Payment & Refund Policy for more details.

3. Privacy and account deletion
