Checkout Terms — PDFConv

1. Scope

These terms apply to digital Premium purchases presented through PDFConv hosted checkout. A purchase may start on PDFConv or through an integrated service.

2. Purchase details and checkout email

Before payment, the checkout displays the selected product, plan, total, currency and billing schedule. For a direct PDFConv purchase, provide an email address you can access because license and recovery details are sent there. Once a private checkout session opens, its purchase details are locked and cannot be silently substituted.

3. Payment

Payment authorization takes place on PayPal. PDFConv does not receive your PayPal password or complete card credentials. PayPal may apply its own terms, privacy practices and risk checks.

4. Digital access

Premium access is confirmed by the relevant product service after the payment system reports the canonical result. A return page alone does not prove that a payment completed. Payments may occasionally remain pending or under provider review. A Lifetime plan is a one-time PDFConv Premium entitlement with no fixed expiry date and no automatic renewal; it applies to the purchased PDFConv product, not unrelated products.

5. Billing and renewal

One-time plans do not renew automatically. Subscription plans renew through PayPal at the billing interval and amount shown before approval until cancelled. You can cancel recurring billing through your PayPal account; support can help identify the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not shorten the already-paid access period.

6. Delivery

Digital access is normally confirmed after PayPal completes payment. Review the Digital Delivery Policy for pending-payment and support details.

7. Refunds and reversals

The default 30-day refund window applies to an original one-time purchase and the initial charge of a new subscription when requested no later than 30 days after the charge. Subscription renewal charges are not covered by this default window. Support separately reviews duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, material delivery failures and cases required by applicable law. Contact [email protected] with the checkout email and PayPal receipt. An approved full refund, reversal or chargeback may revoke only the Premium access attributable to that purchase. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

Premium access remains subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Plans and access credentials may not be resold, shared publicly or used to bypass technical controls.
