Digital delivery

PDFConv checkout sells digital access only. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping fee is charged.

Direct PDFConv delivery

After PayPal confirms a completed payment, a direct PDFConv purchase receives a PDFCONV license key and recovery details at the checkout email. When secure browser proof is still available, the return page may also show the same key and a one-step activation link. The browser return page reports status but does not grant access by itself; the canonical payment and license services remain authoritative.

Integrated-service delivery

If a purchase started in an integrated service, that service confirms its own access from the canonical payment result and may provide a return action after fulfillment.

Delivery timing

Completed payments are normally confirmed promptly. PayPal review, fraud screening or a temporary service issue may delay access. A payment marked pending is fulfilled only after PayPal reports a completed state.

Missing access

If PayPal shows a completed payment but access has not been confirmed, email [email protected] with the PayPal receipt or transaction reference. Never send a password, complete card number or private checkout link.

Duplicate orders

Verified duplicate charges can be reviewed for refund to the original payment method.
