Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and subscription-cancellation support for digital purchases presented through PDFConv.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

30-day refund eligibility

The default refund window applies to an original one-time purchase and the initial charge of a new subscription when requested no later than 30 days after the charge. Subscription renewal charges are not covered by this default window. Email [email protected] from the checkout email when possible and include the selected plan, purchase time, amount and PayPal receipt.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel recurring billing through your PayPal account. Contact support if you need help identifying the subscription. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; it does not refund a renewal already processed or end the current paid period early.

What happens next

The support team reviews the verified payment record, delivery state and applicable purchase terms. Verified duplicate charges, unauthorized charges and material delivery failures are reviewed separately from voluntary refund requests.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are submitted through PayPal to the original payment method. PayPal and the receiving financial institution determine when the credit appears.

Access after a refund or reversal

A partial refund may leave access unchanged. When cumulative refunds reach the full captured amount, or PayPal reports a terminal reversal, the access attributable to that purchase may be revoked.

Pending payments

If PayPal still shows a payment as pending or under review, do not submit another payment for the same purchase. Contact support with the receipt so the existing transaction can be checked.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
