When She Stopped Looking Back

Synopsis

On the ninety-eighth time Evander Hale cheated, Evadne Thorne still smiled and obediently played the part of his perfect girlfriend. Until the ninety-ninth time, he spent a fortune on that other girl, but was too stingy to lend her 70,000 dollars. That was when she finally cut off the wedding dress and never looked back. The people in their circle began to place bets. "How long until Evadne returns and apologizes?" Evander lazily exhaled a ring of smoke. "Not more than three days. She'll come crawling back to beg for my forgiveness." But three days passed, then another three... Evander searched the entire city of Bryston, yet he could never find Evadne again.
