Synopsis

He promised he'd be in the front row for our ten-year-old daughter's biggest moment. Yet, five minutes before she took the stage, he abandoned her for another woman's son. Nearly two hours later, he came home with that woman, her son, and two suitcases. The boy was holding the ruined celebration gift meant for my daughter. That was the night something inside my daughter changed forever. And that was the night I started fighting back.
