Edward was caught off guard, like he had no clue why he was even hanging around here.

He fumbled for words, finally blurting out, "You changed the locks. I can't even get inside anymore."

"Yeah, it's my place. I'm selling it, so of course I changed the locks. Gotta keep random people out and make sure the new owner's safe," I replied.
