Edward practically hauled me onto the plane, not giving me any chance to resist.

When we got to the hospital, he shoved me straight into a room and stationed four bodyguards outside my door to make sure I didn't go anywhere.

I was drowning in despair.

The babies could feel how scared I was, squirming restlessly inside me.

Suddenly, I felt something wet down there. When I looked, it was blood.

I curled up on the hospital bed, sobbing as I called out for Edward.

I didn't want to die, and I couldn't let my babies die, either.
