The next two weeks were pure torture for Tristan.

I knew Aurora had returned to the country and was preparing for her comeback recital.

As his former best partner and current secret lover, Tristan had to spend a lot of time every day practicing piano with her and rehearsing pieces.

That was their sacred "TR" time, the hours when he got to feel like the prince again.

And I dragged him right back into the mud every night.

He started coming home later and later.

And every time he walked in, he carried that faint, expensive perfume—Aurora's favorite "Desert Rose."
