Synopsis

The night Laurie nearly died giving birth, her husband, Edward Bennett, was with another woman. While Laurie bled out on the operating table and their premature baby fought for air, Edward was comforting Stella over her dead guide dog. When Laurie handed him the divorce papers, he called it postpartum mood swings. He kept choosing Stella, giving away Laurie's things, neglecting their newborn, and treating his wife like she would always forgive him. But Laurie was done waiting.
