The next day, Alexander's assistant picked me up and brought me to the mansion, and my life crashing at his place officially began.

My only suitcase was placed in the walk-in closet, looking pitifully out of place.

Alexander had every new release for the season delivered, and they were piled up everywhere, taking over the whole room.

"I don't..." I started to protest.

"Put them on," he said, shutting down any protest I might have.

I tried to find something to do, just so I could ease my conscience and not feel like a total freeloader.
