Chapter 3

And then we went to his car and he drove to the restaurant.~TIMESKIP TO THE RESTAURANT~We ordered our food and chatted for a bit while waiting for our food to arrive.

Our food arrived and then we ate while laughing and chatting.

Then we both went to take a walk at the park.

It was beautiful.

The stars were shining brightly and everything was perfect.

Then Lucas dropped me at home.

I thanked him for a wonderful time and then i went inside and went to my room.

I changed into my night suit and went straight to bed.NEXT DAYI got up and did my morning routine.

Lucas told me that he couldnt walk with me today and so i walked alone to school.

I ignored the whispers about me and went to my locker.

There were still 10 minutes left till class starts so i decided to go to class as no one was there and i couldnt spot Lucas.

So i thought he would be in the classroom.

When i entered the class, my eyes widened and tears welled up in my eyes from the scene in front of me.

I saw Norah and Lucas kissing each other.

I started crying and went to Lucas and slapped him.

"HOW DARE YOU CHEAT ON ME YOU JERK?

I THOUGHT WE WERE BEST FRIENDS!" "L-Lilian I can e-expl-" i cut him off and yelled at the top of my lungs.

"THERE IS NOTHING TO EXPLAIN Lucas!

I SAW IT WITH MY OWN EYES!" I took off my necklace from my neck which he gave me and threw it on his face.

There was a crowd of people watching what was going on and whispering to each other saying, "the nerd just raised her voice at the most popular boy at the school" "that slut didnt deserve Lucas anyways" .

I stormed outside and Myra pulled me in her embrace.

"Shh it's gonna be ok." She tried to comfort me and after awhile i calmed myself and went to the bathroom to wash my face.

After that i went to my class which was the same as Lucas's and the rest of VELIX.

I usually sat next to Lucas but this time i sat next to Myra.~TIMESKIP TO LUNCH~Finally it was lunch time.

I went to the cafeteria with Myra and we began eating.

Someone tapped my shoulder.

I turned around and saw my ex-boyfriend.

"Wtf do you want Lucas?" "Lilian pls give me a chanc-" i cut him off.

"Shut up Lucas i dont wanna hear your explanation as i saw it mgself.

If i wasn't good enough for u then you could have never confesse-" "Lilian JUST LISTEN TO ME FOR ONCE!" I was surprised by his sudden outburst and so was the whole cafeteria.

He apologized to everyone and they went back to what they were doing.

"Sorry but pls listen to me." "Ok" i said.

"But first lets go to somewhere private" we went to the rooftop and he started explaining.

"Norah forced me to kiss her because she saw you coming and i swear i didn't kiss her back pls forgive me" "Idk if i should trust you after what i saw" "You can even ask the other VELIX members." "It's true Lilian, she forced him to kiss her" Javier said and i knew my brother wouldn't ever lie.

"Ok but this is the last chance Lucas." "OMG thank you so much Lilian, i love you" " i love you too." He hugged and kissed my forehead.

"Ok lovebirds enough of that last class starts in 5 minutes" Raven said.We went to the last class, a.k.a music class.

The teacher came in and announce the partners for the duet.

" Norah Ramos and Lucas Simmons, Helen Mayer and Jamie Keith, Madison Lindsey and Kaleb Ruiz, Sylvia Terrell and Scott Mullen, Myra and Shawn Wadeblah blah and lastly and Javier Reyes and Lilian Tucker." I was jealous that Lucas had to perform with Norah after that incident.

Javier came to me and we began practicing.

Then it was time to sing.

We sang Can't Leave.

Again the students began complimenting us of how i sounded like Lilian Reyes.

Then it was Lucas and Norah's turn.

When they sang everyone complimented them saying they would make a perfect couple and stuff like that which made me jealous but i shrugged it off.

Then it was time to go home and Lucas said he would walk me back home.

I was waiting for him outside the school.

Then after a few he came.

"Ready to go?" "Yep!" I said poping the p. Then we started walking back home and we just talked about random stuff when Lucas shouted, "Lilian!

LOOK OUT!" He came running to me but it was too late.

Lilian P.O.VHe came running to me but it was too late.

I was hit with a hard object which was a car.

The last thing i saw is a pool of my blood on the road and sound of Lucas crying with me in his arms.

After that everything became black.

Lucas's P.O.VI ran to Lilian but it was of no use.

I was too slow.

The car already hit her.

There was a whole pool of blood and i couldn't control my tears and burst out crying.

Then she closed her eyes.

I quickly called the ambulance.

My hands were trembling and i was a crying mess.

But i couldn't care less when my girlfriend was in severe danger.

The ambulance came and she was laid down in a stretcher.

The whole ride i was holding her hand and was praying that she will be okay.

We reached and she was immediately taken to the emergency room.

I was told to stay out.

I slid down the wall of the hospital and held my head and cried.

Just at that time, my friends came.

"Lucas where is my sister?"Javier asked.

"S-she is in t-the emergency r-room" i said in between my tears.

"It's all my fault i couldn't save her i am a terrible boyfriend!" I said.

Scott, Kaleb and Shawn were consoling me while Ricky and Jamie were with Javier who was also crying.

Just then the doctor came out.

"Are you her guardian?" He asked Javier.

He nodded.

"She is in a coma and has lost lots of blood.

We don't know when she will wake up but all we know that she is ok you may visit her now." We went to her room and i saw her lifeless body on the bed.

Many wires were attached to her and i hated to see her in this state.

I went to the chair beside her bed and held her hand and planted a kiss on her hand.

"I'm sorry Lilian, please wake up soon." Time passed and visiting hours ended.

"Lucas you can go home with the boys i will stay here." Javier said.

I shook my head and said, "No i will stay with her i was the one who caused her to be in this state." "But you have school tomorrow." Javier said.

''It's ok Kaleb can write the notes and bring it to me as we have the same classes, you can go rest." "Ok bye Lucas take care." "Bye Javier." He and the boys left after saying goodbye and i went to the couch and slept.
