The Map Said No One Was There

Synopsis

When a hurricane floods my hometown, the city map says everyone has escaped. But I get a call from Inez, the clinic nurse. Lena, who once worked beside my mother, is trapped there with her little girl, Sofia, who has a high fever. The rescue boats refuse to come because the city says Bayhaven is empty. I know it is a lie. I see people on rooftops. Then the city deletes Bayhaven from the map and blocks the road out. I steal a bus to save them. But why was the clinic marked before the storm?
