Chapter 6

Upon entering the club, Julia notices the bright fluorescent lights and loud music, people dancing sensuously, and some sitting with smoke in their hands.

The entire scene seemed to make Julia nauseous. Is this where he wanted to spend the night with her? she wondered.

When they were a few steps inside, two ladies approached him: one blonde and one brunette. As they cat-walked towards him, they were both dressed in nothing but panties and bra tops.

“Hi boss,” the blonde one said as they both rubbed his arm, not taking a look at Julia. It appeared that her presence had gone unnoticed.

Suddenly, Don pushed the lady aside gently and proceeded upstairs amidst the dance and smoke around. Julia had to hold her breath to avoid throwing up as it was intense.

They soon came to a stop in front of a room that was opened by a guy Julia assumed was one of Don's men. He murmured something into the boss' ears, and the leader nodded and entered, still tightly gripping Julia's wrist.

“What are we doing here?” Julia asked, as she entered the dark room that was fairly lit with colour changing fluorescent bulbs.

“You'll see.” Don replied and took a seat on the couch. He motioned for her to sit near him, smiling oddly.

Julia approached cautiously to where his hand was and sat down, keeping her distance. When he observed the distance between them, he gripped her waist and drew her closer to him.

“Don't you dare move an inch.” he ordered.

Julia's body became tense. She could hardly breathe since she could feel his body beside hers.

“Breathe!” he said in a deep voice. “I do not want you to suffocate yourself.”

Hearing this, she let out the air she had been holding in, but it did not cause him to take his hand from her waist.

Soon, the same man who had opened the door appeared, going straight to Don and whispering something in his ear.

“Let him in,” he said.

Two men dressed in black arrived, accompanied by a man whose face could not be identified since he was wearing a mask. When they reached the center of the room, they let go of him, and he fell to the ground.

Julia wondered who was behind that mask and if to watch all this was the reason she was brought here.

“Uncover his face,” Don said with a smile.

One of the men took off his mask, revealing a familiar face to Julia.

“Jason!” She screamed and was about rushing to his side when Don held her waist and pulled her backwards. Meanwhile, Jason was watching them, his melting brown eyes wide with disbelief at seeing his sweetheart sitting next to the well-known mafia boss.

“Julia,” he yelled out, and he was going to approach her when one of the men punched him hard.

“Don't hit him!” She shouted, then turned to Don, “Please tell them not to hit him.”

Without looking at her, he stated, “That is what happens when another guy attempts to mess with what is mine.”

She turned to confront him, enraged, “Why do you take ownership of what is not yours. I do not belong to you, why don't you get it.”

Jason fell down on his face after another strike.

“The more you talk, the greater impact it will have on him.”

“You're the most heartless person ever!” she screamed at him.

This resulted in yet another blow to Jason. By now, he was already bleeding from his mouth and nose, unable to stand up again.

Knowing that talking would just lead to more blows, Julia remained silent.

“That is more like it,” he muttered as he rose up and walked to where the young guy was lying, with the two men on his sides lifting him up to face the leader.

Don gave a sly smile.

“What should I do to him?” He asked, directing the question to Julia.

“Nothing, please nothing,” She pleaded, “I'll do whatever you ask, just leave him alone.”

Don turned to look at Jason's injured face and grinned.

“You're fortunate I did not kill you right ahead, this is what befalls those who try to take what's mine.” He said and signaled to his men to take him out.

“You will do anything I ask, right?” Don inquired as he traced his fingers across her lips.

Julia responded with a nod.

“Speak!”

“Yes, yes, anything!” She blurted out in fear.

Don grinned. He enjoys being in command; nothing is more important to him than having the power and influence to make others submit. His entire existence depends on it.

He drew his face close to hers, savoring her aroma and trailing kisses on her neck. Julia was feeling it; she closed her eyes and savoured each kiss till it came to a halt.

“Let's go” He muttered and headed towards the door, never letting go of her.

Back at the Rossini's mansion, Julia was led upstairs by Don. They arrived in a room she had never seen before. It looked like her room, but in a more sophisticated way.

Julia knew why she was here; something far different was going to happen. This was well anticipated, and she was prepared for it.

“Stripe off your clothing!” he said with a stern tone.

Julia quickly turned to face him and was stunned by what she saw. His shirt was off, and she was gazing at the boss's well-built figure, the sort that all females would like a taste of; this body was there, standing in front of her, beckoning her to take a taste.

In an instant, Don was all over her, kissing every inch of her while attempting to undress her.

“Say you want me now.” He said still kissing her.

“Huh?”

“Say it!”

“I want you now, please,” Julia begged, already weak and desperate to feel every part of him.
