I hurried down the hall, carrying a stack of towels, my heart thumping against my ribs.

Serra.

I still couldn't believe it. After five long, painful years, Serra Fenrith was finally under my roof.

I had been hopelessly, madly in love with her for ten years. We grew up in the same pack when we were kids.

While everyone else ignored her or made fun of her for being fat, I saw her smile, her gentle heart, and her bright, beautiful soul.
