Lucas looked genuinely scared, so I pulled him into my arms. "Baby, you didn't do anything wrong. This isn't your fault."

"Emily, I think even though this was the first time, you should still take Lucas to the hospital. Margaret is so old, and she never had children. Where would she get milk from? I'm worried she might be taking some kind of medication."

Rachel looked at Lucas with concern written all over her face.
