For the past two months, I went completely off the grid, shutting off my phone and isolating myself from everything.

Wendy cooked for me every day and wouldn't let me skip a meal, always telling me I needed to take care of myself.

I gained five and a half pounds, and started looking a lot healthier.

Sometimes, she'd make me go out for walks, take me to the park, or drag me to the mall.
