I pulled a document out of my bag and addressed the room. "As a wedding gift, and to celebrate your love, I'm giving Eileen and Gerald the apartment I received. It's on Sunset Road in the old part of town, and it'll be their future home."

The crowd erupted in an uproar.

Even though the apartment was old, it was still legitimate property. Everyone could tell Sharon was really going all out.
