"I'm not merchandise," Philip shouted. "I'm your friend."

"Friend?" Gordon laughed. "Did you ever think of us as friends when you hijacked my fuel and traded my goods for furs on the black market?

"Get him tied up and send him back to Base 3."

Two soldiers marched in.

Gordon stepped up to Philip and gave his cheek a pat. "Do you know what Hannah said? She said, 'Make sure he has nowhere to hide in the entire Northern Alliance.' And she did."

Philip was dragged out and tossed back into the snowmobile.
