Chapter 1
I got bound to a bizarre system that could force anyone to repeat the same action a hundred times.
Emily Summers intentionally jumped from the second floor, framing me for pushing her.
The whole family was ready to tear me apart.
But the next second, she suddenly climbed back up to the second floor like a zombie and threw herself down again.
After a hundred times.
My biased parents and brother completely lost it.

"Luna Summers, you're finished. This time, Mom and Dad will never forgive you." After gleefully saying these words, Emily Summers tipped backward out of the second-floor window.
She landed in the flowerbed by the wall.
The gardener screamed in terror.
Mom, Dad, and my brother rushed from the house into the yard.
The moment they saw Emily, they all panicked.
Mom burst into tears, and Dad frantically dialed 911.
My brother, Andrew, knelt beside Emily, voice cracking. "Emily, what happened? Who did this?"
Emily trembled, extending her arm, scratched by thorns, a picture of tragic beauty against her white dress.
She pointed at me on the second floor. "Andrew, I don't know what I did wrong. Luna, she... it hurts..."
Instantly, three pairs of eyes locked onto me.
Any pretense of warmth vanished; so-called blood ties meant nothing.
The hatred radiating from them was solely for me, the unexpected intruder who had harmed their painstakingly raised daughter and precious sister.
Maybe in my previous life, those nakedly cold stares would have pierced me.
But now, I was buzzing with excitement. "System, set that jumping action to repeat a hundred times."
In my previous life, Emily's scheme succeeded.
Though she only suffered superficial wounds, the Summers family was enraged.
They rushed me, kicking and punching until I was severely injured.
While taking Emily to the hospital, I died full of resentment.
After death, my spirit floated, seeing streams of comments.
[Emily is so pitiful. The Summers family are trash and deserve to die.]
[Author, if you want to write Luna as a villainess, go write a revenge story. Emily did nothing wrong! Using an innocent side character's death to highlight Luna's evil is a major reader turn-off. Not satisfying at all.]
[This family is as fake as they come in these stories. If the plot doesn't change to make them suffer, I'm reporting the whole book.]
[Revive Emily! Let her get revenge!]
[Revenge revenge revenge revenge revenge revenge revenge revenge revenge revenge revenge...] Absurd, flooding comments blurred my vision.
That's when I learned I was the cannon-fodder in a novel where Emily was the villainous protagonist.
[All you readers spamming such absurd comments. Fine, I'll give you an Absurd System. I'm abandoning this book. Figure out the rest yourself. Peace out.]
The author, presumably, left this message and vanished.
And I truly was sent back in time with this Absurd System, right before Emily jumped.
I saw her smug, faux-innocent face, and the pain and hatred from being beaten in my previous life washed over me.
In the previous timeline, I was controlled by the plot.
This time, I'd make the whole family feel the terror of being utterly controlled by a cheat ability.
"Luna, have you lost your mind? How can you push Emily? Get down here!" Just like last time, my brother Andrew charged upstairs, ignoring that I was a slender girl, his fist raised to hit me.
But this time, Mom's scream stopped him. "Emily! Emily, where are you going?"
He instinctively looked down.
They saw Emily shoot upright from the flowerbed like a pole.
Head lowered, she scrambled up the stairs with frantic speed.
She slammed right into Andrew, who was blocking the staircase.
Then plopped onto the windowsill in front of me.
Eyes vacant, she clearly recited her opening line, "Luna Summers, you're finished. This time, Mom and Dad will never forgive you."
Then leaned back. Thud, she jumped again.
"Oh my god!" Mom and the gardener screamed below.
Dad was stunned. His phone clattered to the ground.
"Emily!" Andrew's heart-wrenching shout echoed as he charged downstairs.
Before he even reached the door, Emily was climbing up again.
Bam! She knocked him aside again, clambered onto the windowsill, and said, "Luna Summers, you're finished. This time, Mom and Dad will never forgive you." Then she jumped.
"Hurry! Stop her!" My parents finally reacted, yelling.
Andrew lunged. "Emily!"
Bam! He got knocked down again. Then Emily jumped.
The scene repeated itself several times.
"My face... owww!" Andrew screamed.
Bam!
By the tenth repetition, Emily was at least five times faster.
She sent Andrew flying. He crashed onto the floor. Glasses shattered.
That's the Absurd System. It just gets faster and faster, force increasing with speed.
My parents rushed forward, both trying to pin Emily down.
They were dragged over a dozen feet by the momentum.
Their arms, chests, and backs were scraped raw by the hard wooden edges.
They started howling in pain. "Have you lost your mind? Hitting your own parents?" "Stop. Stop right now. Do you hear me?"
Even so, none of them dared get close to Emily again.
They huddled in a corner, not daring to step into the open space from the door to the stairs.
Eyes wide with terror, they watched Emily climb up, over and over.
Each time accompanied by Mom's sobs.
And this was only the twenty-fifth time.
