Richard, like a madman, rushed toward the edge of the cliff.

He watched helplessly as Charlie and Susan were engulfed and erased by the furious waves.

It was as if an invisible hand gripped his heart so tightly that the pain was suffocating.

"No!" Richard screamed, desperate to jump in and save them, but the bodyguards behind him held him back, refusing to let him go.

"Mr. Lane, it's too dangerous. You can't jump," one of the bodyguards shouted.
