The agent sent Helen a secure verification link.

"To remove the reservation," she said, "we need proof that you are the person named on the account and proof that you own the property."

Helen photographed her driver's license.

The deed was harder.

The paper copy had been moved with the rest of her files, but years earlier, Helen had scanned it while updating her insurance. She found the document in an old email and uploaded it.
