My Game, My Rules

Synopsis

"I've loved you for nine lifetimes, all ended with miserable death. It's time to live a different life. This time... I won't play by your rules again, Adrian." I fell into Death's icy embrace for the tenth time. When I opened my eyes, I once again returned to the wedding night of me and Adrian Blackwood. Unlike my previous nine lifetimes, I didn't tremble with tears, nor did I lose myself competely. Instead, I smiled. I wrapped my arms around Adrian's neck and pecked the corner of his lips, completely ignoring his shocking gaze. "Adrian," I whispered next to his ears, my tone icy as the deepest hell. "Game on. This time... I'll go first."
