When I woke up, I first heard a doctor speaking outside the hospital room.

"The patient's wound from the miscarriage hadn't even healed. She still had multiple knife wounds and bone injuries, and just now suffered another impact, causing the abdominal wound to tear open. Ten minutes later and we couldn't have saved her!"

Silence outside the door for a moment.
