Chapter 4

"Alex..." I called out.

Alex, curled up in my arms, mumbled, sounding a little confused. "What's up?"

"When is that little bunny in your belly gonna pop out?" I teased, grinning.

My voice was playful, and I couldn't help tracing circles on Alex's stomach with my fingers.

Every time he asked, I'd just say I was trying to bond with the baby.

But honestly, it was just my excuse to cop a feel whenever I wanted.

Seriously, who could blame me?

His belly was so soft and squishy, like marshmallow fluff.

Who could possibly resist giving it a squeeze?
