For a moment, I almost forgot about wanting to leave.

One day, as I was lying in bed as usual, Fernando was absentmindedly rubbing my belly when he suddenly said, "Christina, in a few days, Father will probably bestow a marriage upon me."

He looked at ease. "You have no idea how long I've been waiting for this day.

"Your father might be aloof and overly cautious, but his protégés are truly impressive. With his support, my place as crown prince is more secure than ever."
