Mommy, Daddy Told Me Not to Tell You

Synopsis

Daddy Told Me Not to Tell You My husband has been the perfect father for six years. Every morning he braided our daughter's hair. Every night he kissed her goodnight. Then one evening he asked about the only secret my missing best friend and I had ever shared. The police thought my best friend ran away. I knew she didn't. Because the last thing she ever told me was: "If anything happens... trust Fletcher Kane." My husband casually asked, "Who's Fletcher Kane?" Then my daughter whispered, "Daddy told me not to tell you."
