I didn't fall apart like everyone probably expected. Instead, I threw myself headfirst into my studies and my career.

Alex's inner voice kept insisting he was destined to be an international superstar, but I knew his acting better than anyone.

When he wasn't the lead, with a good director and a strong cast to carry him, he was passable.
