I looked up at him. "What else are you going to do to mess with me? You wouldn't even let me into the master bedroom on our wedding night. Is there anything you won't try?"

Things went quiet at the doorway for a few seconds.

Finally, Mike slowly let go of me.

"Calm down," he said. "When you've thought it through, we can talk."
