Finally, Leon left with his men, but he locked me up there for three days and three nights.

Before leaving, Sylvie turned back and silently mouthed to me, "Just you wait."

Soon enough, I understood what Sylvie meant.

I was frantically trying to figure out how to get out when I realized the guard outside had vanished without me noticing. Two unfamiliar faces came in, grinning menacingly.

"This one's pretty nice, huh? Lucky day for us, man," one of them said.
