I went to visit my fiancé, a famous actor, on his movie set. In the middle of it all, he disappeared with the sweet, innocent second female lead—supposedly to "rehearse." While accompanying the director on a tour of the prop room, a bizarre barrage of floating comments suddenly appeared before my eyes. "So hot! The male and female leads are doing it inside a coffin!" "Oh no, here comes that bad woman! Good thing the male lead was quick enough to close the coffin lid in time—crisis averted." "Too bad they got interrupted right at the good part. Bet they're both frustrated as hell right now." "But the female lead has claustrophobia. Even with the male lead there, she probably won't last long." I froze. So this is what he calls "polishing his craft." No wonder I'd heard a thud earlier. Just as I was about to step forward, my fiancé's assistant blocked my way, looking deeply uncomfortable. "Don't go over there. Those props were just painted. The smell is pretty strong. You really shouldn't get close." The comments cheered him on. "What a solid assistant—helping the male lead cover his tracks. He deserves a bonus." "And that male lead is something else. He had the female lead all weak in the knees just from kissing." "Someone, please take that bad woman away." Nice try. But I'm not about to make your wish come true. I smiled, then turned to the director. "Didn't you say this coffin was made of solid wood? It sure doesn't look like it. Why don't you seal it up? I hear that when a real solid wood coffin is sealed, the sound when you knock on it is different from an ordinary one." The assistant was stunned. The comments went wild. "Oh no... I've got a bad feeling about this. That bad woman isn't trying to suffocate the two inside, is she?"
