Marcus stubbed out his cigarette and sent a message to his assistant.

Marcus: [Go to Hale Building. Keep an eye on Scarlett and find out who she meets with every day.]

His assistant staked out downstairs for two days and finally caught a shot of me walking out with a man in his fifties.

In the photo, Gilbert Pierce was holding some files, giving me a work update, with a respectful expression.
