I didn't tell anyone about the snake outbreak.

Honestly, nobody would've believed me anyway. Just making it out alive was good enough for me. There was no way I could save everyone.

My parents went all out building the old house, right next to the herb fields, and only the fanciest materials made the cut.

When they ran out of space for all their herbs, they even put them in a basement just for storage.
