At Walker Architecture Studio, sunlight streamed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, bathing the open office space in warm light. Natalie stood at the conference table, laser pointer in hand, her first draft for the Seaside Arts Center, Tide, displayed on the screen.

Natalie said, "The overall structure uses a double-helix, asymmetrical design. The south side is for exhibitions, and the north side is an observation deck."

Her tone was steady and professional. "We're choosing recycled concrete and glass. It shows our dedication to being eco-friendly, while making sure the space is filled with natural light."
