I stared at Ethan, still in shock. I tried to prop myself up, but a sudden pain in my stomach forced me to fall back heavily onto the bed.

Olivia laughed. "Seriously? You don't even have anyone to stand by you, and you still think you can be a mom?"

She grabbed the pregnancy report from my nightstand and waved it around. "Whether this baby stays or not is not your call."

I tried to snatch it back, but James blocked me.

"Enough. Go clean yourself up and get some rest," he said.
