My fists rained down on her, blow after blow.

Emily was no match for me. She couldn't fight back, and soon there was blood trickling from the corner of her mouth.

Blinded by rage, I raised my fist, ready to strike.

"Evelyn is gone, so why should you get to live?" I screamed.

"Stop!" someone shouted.

A hand clamped down on my wrist, and in the next instant, I was hauled up and sent crashing to the ground.
