"Hey, I'm talking to you," I said, clearly annoyed.

Chris was glued to that dumb game again. He had thrown ridiculous amounts of money into it.

Seeing that I was pissed, Chris dragged himself away from the screen.

"Don't worry about the cost. I'll handle it. I just want Carly to get better soon," I said.
