The day before Winnie headed off to the national competition, the Lincolns hosted a small send-off dinner.

I was invited along as well.

At the table, Tiffany kept piling the choice cuts of meat onto Winnie's plate.

"Good luck at nationals, Winnie. Give it everything you've got. Once you start at Ashbourne, keep that same drive going," Tiffany said.
