My pen raced across the paper, words spilling densely line after line, until more than ten pages were filled.

The first major category I needed was staple foods and instant meals. That was the core of survival in the apocalypse.

I needed 150 tons of all-purpose flour, 50 tons of cake flour, 50 tons of bread flour, 20 tons of rolled oats, 30 tons of cornmeal, and as many other miscellaneous grains as possible.

I needed pre-packaged salads, 100,000 boxes of each flavor.

I needed ready-made foods, such as frozen pizza, frozen burritos, chicken nuggets, and so on, 80,000 boxes…
